Slapgat service from Telkom Mobile sales

Mendi / Mandy from the Telkom Direct Sales Dept offer the worst customer service ever !! I phoned in for a new sal on 10 March, by 17 March no feedback has been given / ref nr received . I phoned in and asked to speak to a supervisor, and guess who phoned back(this lady) My order was apparently approved , yet no ref nr received. Yesterday Ms Govender was very helpful and according to her, it was never processed as a successful approval ,hence no order was placed for my S22 +watch combo, and foolish me is awaiting my items !!!! I am still waiting for Mendi / Mandy to phone me after Ms Govender requested the same via email and copied her supervisor in. Goes to show, both is equally slapgat, Mendi and her supervisor !!!
