Hi good day I'm very disappointed in telkom.... What kind of business do you people run.... Telkom is so *****..... I had a contract with telkom for 2 years for 2 phones my contract expired now July.... I had to go in to put our phones on prepaid due to our contract is finish..... It is 31st of November 2020 and yet they still have the nerve to debit a 200r from my account for what? I no longer have a contract with them I'm on prepaid so why are they debiting? Every month they want to debit but I'm done with my contract.... That's the reason why I didn't renew my contact cause I'll never take a contract out at telkom ever again.... All they do is eat your money
