Sisoko Machake - a joke of an asshole!

My Internet has been down 7 days now! Whenever I call Telkom, I wait over an hour... 1 hr 42 mins, then again 1hr, 26 mins, then another 1hr, 12 mins, AND THEN THEY CUT THE CALL!

Manager, Thando Dlamini promised me many call backs, only to be told that he has too many queries, and cannot call me back......

what really p^&*%&^% me off was when I spoke to an IDIOT, named Sisoko Machake - fixed line department in JHB. He laughed at me on the phone, kept me on mute all the time.... I would LOVE for someone to listen to that call.... Saturday morn 03/11/08 at 11h40 (what a joke)... How can someone like that even work in a call centre? and deal with customers?

None, the less - my internet is still down.....!
