Siphokazi at Telkom's Fault Logging .........WOW! There is no words that is able to express my appreciation for her help, professionalism and intellect. I have been struggling since Monday and each time I called Telkom, I was on the call for more than 20 min at a time and this morning's call was totally different with a favorable result.
