since easter

i left my details online and the response was so quick, i got the deal for R99 for 5gb promised il will receive it within 7 working days, that was on the 26th of march, but since then nothing, i went online and chat to someone who told me they cant help but will send my details to the online sales which i had done myself but no body called me back. i called the 10213 no answer for 1 hr, i called 3 times in one day, no answer<br> can someone assist me or am i going to regret joining telkom?? how they provide proper service if they cant pick up their calls???? no respond to online call backs
