Simswap

I bought a new phone, and need a micro sim. I bought a new sim card. Phoned the call centre and spoke to Nelisiwe who was very rude and told me to go to a telkom shop as a sim swap cant be done over the phone. My nearest telkom shop is 40 km from Delmas. And she said to me that it is not her problem. They are very quick to send a new sim card with a courier if you start a new contract but they cant di a sim swop over the phone after verifying that it is really me.
