Simply the worst.

Try phoning 10210, Telkom supposed to be simply the best, Since Monday we have been 4 people in the same family phoning 10210 and holding on for 45 minutes an longer and that from our cellphones as the lightning has struck our telephone line and to date we have still not gotten through to their Call Centre, they are spending so much money on adverts saying we are simply the best... my ass!!! <br> I had to drive to the nearest Telkom shop and the assitant there logged my call and said someone will call within 2 hours or at leat the next day..Guess what , I have received an sms with a reference number but to date no call?<br> I have now registered on telkom site, followed up on the call reference and to my surprise the call is closed?????<br> Please stop retrenching people at Telkom and transfer them to your useless insanely busy call centre.<br> <br> Maybe I should cancel with Telkom and ove over to another supplier !!!!<br> <br> <br>
