Simply no service

So, being an existing Telkom mobile user, I decided to take out a contract for an iphone 5s. So going from mobile shop to mobile shop, No one seems to have stock nor even offers to order the phone I want for me. Finally after completing the necessary online application, I was fairly impressed with the quick phone call I received from the call centre. This, happiness, was sadly short lived and the phone call was terminated due to a bad connection (speaks volumes about their reception- Phone call was from the University of Pretoria). They did not phone back or provide any additional service and I was had to email and ask for help. I was sent an email with a free call centre number but after holding the call for 10 minutes I simply couldn't stand the catch phrase of \deal valued customer". It was clear I was never considered as such. So looking for a better cell phone provider. """
