Simply move to holding pool

All I want to do is move my line to the Wholesale holding pool so that Afrihost can take over management of my line. I have spent nearly 3 hours on the phone now, phoning different departments (some of which don't even know what I am saying) and every time getting transferred to the next *********** agent that can also not assist me.<br> <br> Can someone please move my account/line to the wholesale pool for Afrihost to take over FFS!!?
