SIMPLE They cannot cancel my line!!!

Phone on wife's name she has tried to cancel it several times. So I went no luck, because its on her name. Last time she went, staff actually complained, because after showing her a stack of cancellations with the same problem. How difficult can it be I want to cancel my line. All that is happening is that I receive bills month after month, even if they can see the phone has not been in use. Please do not call 10210?? it just don't work. You hold on for hours and no service. The poor guys at the branches get beaten up every day. Some of them are just uneducated in their tasks and VERY lazy. There is a higher premium put on Tea breaks, than on the customer. If you don't like the job leave. TELKOM = NO SERVICE. Please pay me back all my moneys for all the months I haven't been using your service only reason for paying is next they will put me on ITC!!!!! PLEASE MR.
