Simple Change of Address

I am a Telkom customer , have been for the past 6 years now and I love everything about it but they are absolutely USELESS for a simple thing like changing a customers address.

I called into the call center to have my address changed as I have just recently moved and was told that o have to go to the store to have it done... WHY ??? When in the store I need to provide proof of address as well and if I have just moved where must I get proof that shows am now staying in a new place.

It’s such an inconvenience cause now me , the customer has to run around and find a way to get proof of address to change my address in the store where they need proof of address which makes no sense when the call center could just change it.

Am super disappointed in Telkom and they need to update their methods on somethings to better help and assist their customers.
