SIMCARD PROBLEM

We recently had a problem with our data only contract. When trying to connect we were getting messages like 'out of data' 'number not recognised' etc. Isabella from Telkom Clearwater Mall was amazing in assisting us. Without going into detail we spent a long time in the shop eventually doing a sim swop. Isabella was respectful, patiently trying to sort our problem out and at no time were we made to feel a nuisance. A week later we were back.... The same fantastic service from Isabella. She's now "taught" us how to rectify a simple problem ourselves. Thank you.
