Simcard has no network,data paused and still not resloved after 4 days. Case No ***8

Telkom is a very bad Network Service provider. I logged a complaint out my simcard which suddenly stopped working. No calls or sms's coming in. Data paused and I do not know why. Today is the 5th day and they promise calls and they never call until you remind them via inbox. My unlimited data expired without me fully using it and yes we do haclve coverage in my place. Til now they haven't resolved the issue. I want reimbur*****t on my data then I will leave them and their ****ty service!! My
