Sim swop/ no sim cards.

I went to a telkom mobile store in sauer and main streeet to perfom a sim swop as my sim card was giving me problems. the lady was not helpful and sounded like she doesnt know what she is doing. she told me to go buy a sim card as they do not have sim cards at the Branch. it is not my fault or duty to look for a sim card. as a service provider they should have to made sure they recieved enough stock from thier supplier. This is an inconveinance to customers. i am not happy with such service.. its BAD!!!!!!<br> <br> please contat me on ***
