SIM SWOP CHARGES AND TRANSPORTATION COSTS

Telkom coverage is very poor in most areas that we buy data that we can't use. The worst part is that of having to travel to a telkom store for a simswop. Yesterday I had to use R300 in transportation from Cradock to Queenstown for only a simswop and was made to.pay a R10 fee for simswop with the Sim card I can buy with R1. 00 from.other retail stores. This is so no on and if they can not change that it means we will have to port to other service providers that we can do Sim swop on the comfort of our homes with simcards we bought for R1. Telkom is so inconvenient.
