Sim swap ****

Hi, I did a sim swap on the 13 April 2021 at Tembisa Mall, I was told that it would be active after 15 minutes. Even now am still waiting. I urgently need to use this sim as it is linked to my bank account. I chatted with someone on twitter account and gave them ICCD number, please follow up and make sure that this matter is resolved. I stay far away from the store, driving back again to do a sim swap I already did will not be fair.
