Sim Swap ordeal

Went to Telkom Nicolway outlet yesterday for a sim swap as my phone was ****** understandable they were offline, checked in today I was told to call the call center and unsuspend my number and then I will be provided with a service instore. When I called the number I was told that they (Telkom Nicolway) are supposed to call the technical department to proceed with the sim swap. Wasted my time there, never going back . Staff not helpful at all. Still don't have a number.
