Sim swap nightmare

The worst service ever! I know telkom has cheap mobile deals but it's not worth it. My phone got ****** on the 8th of April and still waiting for the Sim swap to actually happen . They keep telling me they are waiting for "back office " to approve. It still isn't sorted.
