SIM swap nightmare

<p>The Telkom Eastgate office really shows levels of incompetence I haven't endured before.</p> <p>A simple SIM swop took a number of visits and eventually a loss of my temper to get satisfaction.</p> <p>The large staff compliment have no urgency and are happy to keep you waiting for an eternity and they seem oblivious to the ever-existent long queue.</p>
