Sim swap issue

I lost my Telkom sim card due to a ******* that happened a week ago, I went to the Telkom store in Protea Glen and was assisted by Tshepo who advised me that they are unable to do a sim swap for me and my sim card has been registered as a business sim card, I was told that I need to take a company letterhead to Maponya. Firstly I do not have a company I went to Rosebank and they did the sim card for me, I need some assistance with doing this sim swap cause I have been applying for jobs and no one is able to reach me. I am using a temporary sim card where someone can contact me on ad get this matter resolved. ***)
