Sim Swap Horror

It's almost two months now that I've been in and out of telkom branches, specifically Maponya and Trade Route in trying to do a sim swap. I've been sent from pillar to post with no concrete reason as to why my sim is not activated. its a total waste of my time and money. Veli from trade route has assisted me on two occasions. Both accessions sending a whatsapp to someone who never responds, I would expect when returned he will give me a feedback from the first whatsapp he sent, to my surprise he sent it again which gives me an indication that each time I visit Trade Route same whatshapp will be sent. It is such an inconvenience for me, i need this sorted out ASAP.
