Sim swap fail

Hi i lost my phone on friday night and yesterday i was able to get time to actually try and do a sim swap. I went to a kiosk in Mahikeng mall the q was very slow moving. When i eventually got assistance i was told the finger print scanner was not working. Went to another kiosk. The service was awesome but i was still not able to get assisted with my sim swap. The consultants trird their best to speak to head office to no avail. M still stuck as i cant do a sim swap to get my old number back , m looking a lot of business because of loosing that number. Telkom is so slow and unhelpful with this matter. I want to swap to my old *** number.
