Sim swap

I just recently got a new contract phone from Telkom and i went to do a sim/number swap at Vredenburg weskus mall so my prepaid number can become the contract number.. This was on the 02/12/2021 and i was told it will take 24 hours... 24 hours later i get a call from the agent telling me the was a technical error but it should be sorted out within a few hours but nothing happens. My prepaid number gets disconnected and i assume the swap is taking place but it doesn't happen as my contract number remains unchanged. Monday 06/12/2021 i call the shop and they said they will get back to me but they never did.. I went to the shop and i was told it takes 48 hours for the swap to be completed and the IT people dont work on weekends..08/12/2021thr swap hasn't been done and my prepaid number is still disconnected.. I have phoned the shop several times and now they dont even answer the phone or return the call... I even phoned the customer center and they told me it should have been completed on the 03/12 and they dont understand why its still pending.. Today is friday 10/12/2021 and the swap hasn't been done and my prepaid number is still disconnected 😡
