SIM Swap

I've been using telkom mobile for ages. Now I've lost my fones and other things because of the house break in.I wanted to keep my number.I tried to do sim swap. Unfortunately I've learned I can't do it by myself like other networks. I should visit telkom store for sim swap. What's more frustrating telkom stores are not located in convenient locations. It's unfair and inconsiderate of telkom. They have a helpdesk at Chris Hani mall in Vosloorus,but still they don't do sim swap. They referred me to telkom store in Alberton.
