SIM swap can not be done except going to the Telkom shop

I wanted to do swim swap for my lost Telkom SIM card, and I was told I can not do it myself and the call center can not help, i must go to the shop even though where am situated Telkom closest shop is 200km away. The service is so poor at Telkom
