Sim swap ********!!!

I did I sim swap with Telekom mobile yesterday... I was told it will be active in 2 hrs time, this was yesterday at 3 pm. I called again at 6pm yesterday still and my sim still wasn't active and the agent told me that it's is actually 6 hours and not 2. Cool I waited but to my suprise my sim is still not active. So I called your call centre again only to find out that my sim swap was not done, which means it had to be done again meaning I must be wait another 2-6 hours. What **** service is this?. I use my phone for work and high means I have lost out on work for close to a day. This isn't acceptable.
