A big S/O to Noxolo at the Telkom store, Musgrave for her willingness to assist and going an extra mile to follow up on queries timeously! I had an issue with the SIM swap I had raised with a couple of her other colleagues and she was the only one that showed willingness to help by eventually getting the issue resolved
