sim swap and unsuspending my mobile number
Not the first time I've had issues with this store. The most unhelpful representitives EVER!! My phone was ****** so I had my number suspended. Go into store today to get a replacement sim and have my number retored. Ryan who is not authorised to restore the line calls the call centre, 1st attempt, he gives up because \I don't know why they taking so long"he tells me to take sim home (R35) he will try again on MONDAY when he returns to work. I say no"
