SIM SWAP AND CANCELLATION OF CONTRACT

Hi is Mrs Isabella Clouts I did a Sim swap and canceled my contract with Telkom its been 3weeks now my Sim works only for 2days and now it shows again no Sim card. I am tired of running up and down I am tired if I am from work I am 64 years of age, your services is really bad.
