Sim swap and activation

<p>I have calling the ****** call centre for the whole week for a simple sim swap but no one is able to perform the change. I am so sick of 8ta. They make me sick. I have people reporting to me, they can't reach me. I have freinds and family who also cant reach me. Am so ****en feed up. First is was about suspending my line after I made a payment above what is required then it was not being able to perform a sim swap. I spoke to a useless team leader who was aslo unable to assist me with my query. Scelo Hlengwa was the only person who managed to resolve my query. Thanking him so much. Other than that, am highly unsatiesfied with the service I received. I have never had such bad customer service in my entire life. </p>
