SIM SWAP

I’m one person that doesn’t complain a lot, but to find out that the SIM card that you’ve been using for over 10 years have been registered under someone name, which is the same SIM card I bought at Telkom, my experience was so disappointing. Today I went to Telkom store just to go do a SIM Swap only to find out that the SIM card that I’ve been using for over 10 years have been registered in someone’s name. That person dead 15 years back. When I called them they say I need to go and get a death certificate imagine me entering to someone’s house and say I need a death certificate for a SIM card. Come on Telkom this is wrong so wrong
