Sim swap

I went to Telkom store in main street cbd jhb on the 5th of October to do a swim swap.The person I found had attitude and showed no empathy. Your system was ofline I went to Ghandi Square they where also ofline.I went back after 3hours system was still ofline. I went last week Tuesday I found the same guy at main street ,sim cards where not available at the store,I asked can I buy mine at Pep he said No with attitude and told me if I want to complain I can complain. I went to Ghandi I did a swim swap and inserted the new sim card the following day but its not working. It says sim not provisioned. I called your customer care number I was told the ICCD number is wrong that's why sim is not working. Now my question is where should I get transport money to travel back and forth to find rude agents,system ofline or unsuccessful sim swaps
