Sim swap

Hi. So i got ****** and i lost my phone that had a telkom sim which i use as my primary number with no alternative number. and i live in belfast MP theres No telkom shop where i live so i had to travel to witbank Highveld mall which is about 110 Km away from me plus R65 tall gate x2 when i got to the shop i was told they can't take my Driver's licence they need my ID i pleaded with the lady at the shop and told her about my distance n all that but she just ignored me and proceeded to help other people without hearing me or anything im currently unemployed and im looking for a job that number has alot of valuable client and potential employers please try to change your system you don't have a shop in every town but you want us to do sim swaps at your shops cmaan don't be that kind of company. i need my number back and i can't afford to go back to witbank
