sim swap

I have been trying to do a sim swap since middle of December, ive been to two different telkom stores and was told that my number was suspended, I then called the call centre in an attempt to do the sim swap my self, I have called in more than five times abd each time I am told they can't do the sim swap, and someone will call me in 72 hours which never happens. why am I paying for a sim card I don't even use. your customer service is the worst especially at branch. when I went there yhe girl that helped me was suppose to get back to me and never dis.ALL I WANT IS A SIM SWAP. I have two contracts with u guys and I am extremely frustrated with u
