Sim swap

I went to the branch on 20/06/2015 for a sim swap, the guy gave me a bad attitude, he didnt even bother to ask me in which number am I doing the sim swap to, I believe I had 2 telkom sim cards as I bought them from the guys who usually come to malls advertising I gave them my id number to register 2simcards. The guy deactiveted the current sim card im using not the other1 I wanted to do a simswap on, now I was told to pay R35 for the simcard that is currently in my phone (not lost) and the other number I wont get it back as it was nt registered under my name im so ****ed coz now I lost both my numbers of and I was using these numbers for more than a year now. It was'nt my fault that the number is not registrered in my name and not my fault again that he made a sim swap on an incorrect sim card it really is not fair thinking I will have to change numbers again. :@
