SIM-swap

On the 10th of April 2025, I was ****** between Cnr Von Welligh and Delvas str in Johannesburg. The following day, I opened the case of ******* in Johannesburg Central Police Station, case No. 434/4/2025. Then I reported the matter to Telkom outlet in Johannesburg. I was told to call 081180 to block the phone (Huawei NOVA 11i) . The lady who was on the line, she asked me the Sim numbers *** and *** (both contract numbers) , which they were in the phone. I gave them to her, so she blocked my phone and SUSPENDED all my Sim numbers. Since then, I have been trying to do Sim-swap but my efforts are in vain. My life is stuck because most of my life depends on those numbers, especially the former one. I ended up taking another contract because I need to communicate with my creditors, and loved ones. I've been taken from pillar to post just to make a mere simsawp. Since on the 11th of April up until at this present moment - meaning today, but on the 15th of May, they will debit full amount for the service they fail to deliver. I am disappointed and so desperate, please assist...
