SIM swap

My name is Sydney Winkler and I got a free Telkom SIM about 5years ago. I have lost that SIM and been to Telkom @ Selgro center in Pietermaritzburg to get a SIM swap done ...I then had to provide an affidavit and relevant documents and finger prints and then was told I will receive the SIM in 4 days...it's been over a week and cannot get any assistant on this matter...the consultant Sipho at Telkom was my consultant and he was suppose to call me back which he did not...today he is not at work...I need that SIM card
