SIM SWAP

Telkom service is very poor when it come to doing a sim swap. Why do i have to visit a telkom shop to do a sim swap like now i am in Vryburg i lost my phone and there's no telkom shop nearby now i am off air until i go down to Johannesburg of which i don't when will be that
