Sim swap

To Whom It May Concern at Telkom, O*** I'm writing to express extreme frustration and disappointment with your service. It's been three weeks since I lost my phone, and despite numerous attempts, I've been unable to get a sim swap done for months. The delay is unacceptable.

Your service is appalling. I'm urging others to switch networks before they face the same nightmare. Losing a phone shouldn't mean losing access to your sim permanently.

I expect immediate attention to this issue. Until then, I'll be sharing my horrific experience with everyone.
