Sim swap

I got ****** yesterday [17/04/24], my phone and bank card was taken. Today i couldn't login my Instagram and my banking app Because they send an OTP on my number, which i dont habe anymore .i decided to go to telkom @carnival mall to do a swim swap. They told me that my sim is not in my name, But now im wondering how because I've been using that sim for years...they refused to help even though i had proof that it was number. Im running a business and my clients use that number to reach me, What am i supposed to do now .is it my fault that this number is not in my name ,they are the ones that sends agents to give us free sim cards And when those people mess up We are the one's who suffers the most . Telkom can i please have my number
