I am boiling with anger with the arrogance your consultants have to tell me I can't do a sim swap because the number is registered under my name,why do you allow local shops and vendors to sell your sim cards if it will be difficult for us to get our numbers back? Your service is very disgusting and I will not lose a number iv been using that is linked to my accounts at banks and profiles at work...I want to be assisted with my sim swap today even or else I'm taking this further with the ombudsman I will not lose my number because of this and I will not use a new number nje you better sort this out and fire your store consultants with their stinking attitude nxa
