Sim only deal

I have a bad experience with this company with this company i sitting with red flag for sim only deal that i took 2024 which the network didn't work then i phone many times requesting the agent to close my account which they never did today i have a red flag on my name been visiting the branches and promised they will escalate this matter but till today nothing happens
