Sim not activated for a week

I received my unlimited LTE sim and router last week friday (11 Dec), but the sim card has still not been activated. I've spent hours on the phone to telkom, where they promise for it to be activated within x timeframe, but nothing happens. I am not getting any response from the social media guys.<br> <br> This is something I've already paid for, but haven't got anything out of it. How can it take this long to activate the sim? And no one seems to be able to help me. Such poor service
