SIM issue

I have been using Telkom SIM for more than 3 years, my sim card is damaged and they said it's registered under Mr Michael. I don't even know this Micheal I must have bought this SIM to the Pakistan Shops.

SIM card is linked with my emails, SARS account, my Bank apps etc. I think the affidavit,proof of address and certified I'd copy should be enough to prove that it is my SIM card but you guys choose to protect the *********, I'm the victim here not Michael.
