Sim failed

We bought 2 sim cards. When using *180# we choose option 7 tarrif change, then 2 then 1. It was successfully changed on 1 sim card in a LTE phone. But sim card 2 also in a LTE phone keeps on saying we have to try again its been a week already. Can somone please assist me in changing the other sim as well
