Sim continues to use lte anytime data instead of night surfer at time from 12.

Telkom lte night surfer doesn't start at 12 it continue using my any time data of which my data got finished fast. I have a contract for 40g any time and 40 gig night surfer. Which is 80 gig at 199 per month. I tried calling but not assistance.
