Sim closed for 3 weeks !!!!

I have never in my life experience such bad services. It's been 3 weeks waiting for my number to be re-instated back to prepaid. I have even canceled my other contract with them because of such a BAD service.

I have lost so much business because of this and they don't even care shame!...the only thing you'll get is sorry!! Case no **********7
