SIM CARD STILL NOT ACTIVE AFTER RICA

I bought a sim card at PEP yesterday and according to them the RICA was successful on their side. The sim has not yet been activated. It has been more than 24 hours. I have never waited this long for a sim card to be activated before. This is really not the service I am used to.

I did an online chat with Telkom and no one could assist me.

Please could someone sort this mess out for me. I cannot be without communication like this!!!!
