Sim card rica details not registering on Telkom network

<p>Bought about 10 Telkom sim cards and none is registering on the network. Bought another three with my wife's ID and they were working. Telkom's only advise is to go to a branch which is not within reach, and they keep on telling how to port by sending an SMS to the porting service. (know how to do that I did my wife's phone). Realy not happy with the poor service Telkom is offering a new client. I've been calling, online chat was done, facebook was done. Why can't Telkom help me resolve the problem? Without going to the store. Why must I Rica twice? Why did Cell C have no issues porting?</p>
