Sim card not delivered with wifi router

I did an upgrade telephonicaly with telkom for a wifi router. They send the device but the sim card was not included . I then contacted telkom who advised me that the courier company says that it was in the box, but I have emptied the box and no sim cars was included. This is the second time telkom does this to me. I then spoke to a all centre agent and she advised that I purhase a sim card and call in to get it activated . I have just bought one, and now when I call telkom to get it activated they are telling me that I was supposed to buy an lte sim card!! The agent that I spoke to yesterday did not advise me of this !! I am so angry !! Telkom why cant you just get things right !! I am actually thinking of canceling this contract altogether !!
